    We seek competent professionals for a Leading Food & Beverage industry as Key Accounts Executive Sales (HoReCa & Institution)

    Department: Sales

    Reports To:  Key Account Manager

    The Key Accounts Executive (HORECA & Institution) is a crucial role within the sales team, responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable clients. This involves understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and exceeding their expectations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products/services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Account Hunting and processing MOU between Party
    • Account management in terms of route-wise Order, delivery and collection as per MOU
    • Ensure product Sales @ Hotel, Restaurant & Café
    • Daily basis MR/SR/Merchandiser management
    • Ensuring delivery with coordination of the Distribution team
    • Weekly basis Account Reconciliation with Finance Team
    • Driving Monthly Target
    • Driving MR/SR/Merchandiser productivity

    Employment Status

    • Full-time

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Experience

    • 02-04 Years proven track record of success in sales, preferably in key account management role

    Additional Requirement

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).  
    • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage industry products/services.  

    Required Skills:

    • CRM software (e.g., Sales force, Hub Spot) is a plus.  
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.
