Jobs Responsibilities

Position Overview: Farazy Hospital Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory In-charge to join our dynamic team. The Laboratory In-charge will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory department, ensuring efficient and accurate testing procedures, maintaining quality standards, and managing laboratory staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of laboratory operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Oversee laboratory technicians and ensure proper training, performance evaluation, and adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results for patient care.
• Maintain quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the laboratory.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance and repair as needed.
• Keep abreast of advances in laboratory technology and recommend upgrades or changes to improve services.
• Monitor budgetary constraints and optimize resource utilization within the laboratory department.
• Ensure a safe working environment for laboratory staff and adherence to safety protocols.

• Must be graduate degree on Biochemistry form any reputed university

Experience

• At Least 10 Years
• Area in Hospital

Additional Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in laboratory information systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
