So Farazy Hospital Ltd Ltd is hiring Manager - HR

    Jobs Responsibilities

    • Develop Core HR & Admin functions which includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee development, Compensation & Benefits with the overall business strategy.
    • Oversee including disciplinary issues, maintain grievances, leave, attendance, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety.
    • Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologies in human resource management, labor law 2006, apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies, practices, and resources to senior management.
    • Prepare Annual HR Budget and ensure proper cost management.
    • Ensure appropriate reward and recognition as well as engagement program to ensure optimum employee engagement level;
    • conducting proper TNA & rolling out of required number of training with external and/or internal resource persons in the most effective manner.
    • Work to review / change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
    • Overseeing exit interviews
    • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
    • Ensure the personnel management from maintain the personal file to all documentation of the employee.
    • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative systems and practices.
    • Must manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.

    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CA (CC)

    Experience

    • At Least 5 Years
    • Area in Hospital

    Additional Requirement

    • 5 years of experience in Hospital in HR
    • Age Must be 30-40
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
