Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Companies real estate projects and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market, marketing best practices, and digital marketing trends.
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all new projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Define target audiences and develop effective marketing messages that resonate with potential buyers and investors.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, public relations, social media marketing, digital marketing, events, and promotions.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's website and social media presence, ensuring engaging content and effective online advertising.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Brand Building:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for company across all marketing channels.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation through public relations activities, media relations, and community engagement.
- Make the Position as a leader in the real estate market.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare market reports and presentations for management.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including marketing executives, graphic designers, and content writers.
- Recruit, train, and develop talented marketing professionals
