Job Context

Walk for Life is seeking dynamic and versatile candidates to oversee the comprehensive marketing strategies and. Since 2009, Walk for Life is providing clubfoot treatment to the children of Bangladesh. Presently operating 34 clubfoot clinics for the treatment of Clubfoot children. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Walk for Life is hiring Physiotherapist

Jobs Responsibilities

• Joining Date: 1st February, 2024
• Duration of Project: 5 months starting from 1st February 2024 to 30th June 2024. More likely to be extended.
• Assess and prescribe treatment and assisted device to a different type of children with disabilities.
• Set up the SMART treatment Goal and prepare the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide high quality of treatment for the children with disabilities.
• Referred the clients to a suitable place (different specialized hospitals, social welfare, etc.).
• Maintain the medical records of clients and update the patients improvement daily.
• Supervise the Physiotherapist assistants and ensure the treatment quality of them.
• Collecting client’s statistics prepare the statistical reports daily monthly and share it with the line manager.
• Write case stories with relevant pictures and stories for show casing the improvement for the donors
• Educating and advising patients and their careers about how to prevent and improve conditions
• Keeping up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating clients.
• Keep up the safe and professional working environment by ensuring cleanliness of the health care facilities and implementing regular health and safety audits.

Additional Requirement

• Relevant experience to work with the children with disabilities desirable.
• Good oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
• Should have the computer skills.
• Must be result focused and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Having a strong interpersonal behavior and capacity.
• Be hard working with can do attitude
• Enthusiastic and must believe in teamwork

Salary

• 30000-35000/-per month (depending on the qualification and experience).
