Position Title: Procurement Executive
Department: Rancon Electronics Division Procure Department



 

Job Purpose:

 

Rancon Electronics Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Executive to help the SCM operations and ensure accurate reporting.

 

Job responsibility: 

• Manage procurement processes and supplier sourcing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate prices.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and finance departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

 Experience requirement

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software is preferred
