We seek competent professionals for a Leading manufacturing industry as MIS Executive- Key Account Sales. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales MIS Executive to support our Key Account Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data, providing insights to improve sales performance and supporting key account management

 

 

Department: Sales

Reports To: MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Data Collection & Management: Collect sales data from various sources (CRM, ERP, etc.) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to key accounts.
• Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track sales performance, key account progress, and other relevant metrics.
• Sales Forecasting Support: Assist in sales forecasting by providing historical data analysis and insights.
• Key Account Performance Tracking: Monitor key account performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• MIS Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales MIS systems and tools.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve data management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Key Account Sales team to understand their information needs and provide relevant support.
• Market Research: Assist in market research activities by providing data analysis and insights.
• Ad-hoc Requests: Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests from the sales team and management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field

Experience

• 02-04 Years of proven experience in sales MIS, data analysis, or reporting

Additional Requirement

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.  
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
