Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Aqua Products Sales & Marketing.
• To formulate marketing strategies in alignment with Company's strategic directions to meet its corporate goal.
• To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
• To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects.
• To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment.
• To provide all-out support to concerned supervisor and other Management Staffs on organizational issues.
• Any other job assign by management.

Educational Requirements

• Only B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries are eligible for apply. (Educational qualification would be considerable for the experienced candidate)

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Job Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager in Aqua product marketing.
• Additional job requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Should have positive mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Should be presentable, energetic and well - conversed.
