Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Industrial Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in industrial hardware, automation, electrical & mechanical systems, sensors, and IIoT solutions.
- Build and expand relationships with EPCs, plant owners, consultants, OEMs, and procurement teams.
- Enlist NGEN IT LIMITED as an approved vendor/supplier in public and private sector industrial procurement databases.
- Promote industrial-grade products and solutions aligned with sector-specific operational and compliance needs.
Government & Public Sector Engagement
- Actively participate in government tenders, e-GP platforms, PSU projects, and donor-funded procurements.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare tender-compliant technical proposals, BOQs, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the full tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to submission and follow-up.
Smart & Digital Industrial Solutions
- Position and sell advanced solutions including:
- Industrial SCADA, HMI, PLC & Control Systems
- IIoT-based monitoring & data acquisition systems
- Predictive maintenance & asset health monitoring
- Industrial MES / ERP / licensed software platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE, Mechanical, Computer Science, Industrial, or equivalent)
- MBA in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage
Experience & Revenue Requirements
- 3–4 years of total sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in industrial products or project-based selling
- Must have an existing portfolio of active industrial / corporate clients in relevant sectors (Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharma, Food, etc.).
- Proven ability to generate BDT 30 Lac (3.0 million BDT) sales revenue, with scalability beyond this baseline through pipeline development.
- Capability to close deals independently from lead identification to order execution, starting from the first month of engagement.
- Experience working with high-value quotations, BOQs, and long-cycle industrial projects is highly preferred.

- Proven industrial B2B sales capability with ready clients, enabling Day-1 selling and immediate revenue generation.
- Demonstrated experience in solution-based industrial sales, covering hardware, electrical & mechanical systems, automation, sensors, IIoT, and licensed industrial software.
- Strong understanding of industrial procurement cycles, EPC workflows, and project-based sales models.
- Ability to confidently engage and negotiate with CEOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, Plant Managers, and Industrial Engineering leadership.
- Hands-on experience in government, PSU, and large private-sector tenders, including technical-commercial alignment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive and decision-maker level.
