We are looking for a Senior Financial Accounts Officer (Washing Factory to join our team and support the factory’s compliance operations. This role ensures adherence to social, environmental safety, and legal standards while assisting in audits, documentation, and policy implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
Batch-wise Wash Costing & Performance Reporting
- Prepare batch-wise wash reports for each wash process (desizing, enzyme, stone, bleach, acid, softener, etc.).
- Calculate cost per batch and cost per garment for each wash type
- Reconcile planned vs. actual consumption of:
- Chemicals & enzymes
- Water & utilities (steam, electricity, gas if applicable)
- Labor and machine hours
- Highlight abnormal consumption and efficiency loss.
Production & Yield Monitoring
- Track input quantity vs. output quantity per batch.
- Identify and report:
- Rewash quantity
- Rejection / damage quantity
- Shortage or excess
- Monitor fabric/garment wash loss percentage
- Washing Unit Cost Control
- Maintain updated wash costing sheets per style and buyer.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly washing expenses.
- Compare standard cost vs. actual cost and analyze variances.
- Support management in cost-reduction initiatives.
Chemical & Inventory Control
- Maintain batch-wise issue records for chemicals and auxiliaries.
- Coordinate with store to ensure proper requisition, issuance, and stock balance.
- Verify chemical consumption against approved standard recipes.
Reporting to Head Office
- Submit the following reports within defined timelines:
- Daily Batch-wise Wash Report
- Weekly Efficiency & Cost Analysis Report
- Monthly Washing Unit Performance Summary
- Provide explanation notes for major variances or operational losses.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation of all wash batches.
- Maintain audit-ready records for internal and external audits.
- Comply with company accounting policies and internal control procedures.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with washing, production, QA, and IE teams for accurate data.
- Support costing and merchandising teams with updated washing costs.
