Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution-providing company in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide employee-sourcing-relevant solutions to clients with the finest recruitment costs. We also provide Training and employee Engagement solutions to our esteemed patrons besides recruitment solutions

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Organize and deliver training programs for staff and partners.
• Develop training materials and product knowledge modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content. Support onboarding and continuous development programs
• Coordinate with brand teams for updated product training.

Education:

• Graduation in Marketing or BBA from any discipline or relevant field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Training in as Brand for Frozen Food and Beverage as Sales or Business Development
