Job Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and technology aspects of the company.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organization's growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team and the governing body.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support key business decisions, investments, and capital allocation.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities from both financial and technological perspectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Financial and IT-related laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Align digital transformation initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Identify and mitigate Financial and IT-related risks, ensuring the company's assets and data are safeguarded.
- Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree e.g. CA, CFA is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 15 years work experience in leading organizations (preferably Telecom, MFS or large scale IT company) with proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role for 5 years, with additional exposure in Digital transformation and ERP implementation.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a track record of delivering financial and IT-related insights to support business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cyber security, and software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with senior executives.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities
