Jobs responsibilities
- Drive productivity by planning deployments/ redeployments as per AOP, Market mapping considering current and future business including export, Benchmark with Competition to identify gaps in Product- SKUs Availability, Plan and execute all Brand
- Marketing activities including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, Coordinate with Brand/ Marketingteam/ QA team/ Production team/
- Any other related functional team for product/ packing development, product customization or for Export specific products, Measure all marketing campaigns, and report to Management, Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and
- Performance based on the insights, Monitor sales as well as market gap
- analysis for smooth business operations, People Management Coach,
- Identify opportunity area & share input with stakeholders on development.
- Training/Attributes: Team Management, Channel Management,
- Analytical Skills Mastery, Good Interpersonal Skill, Good Communication
- Skill Expert, Computer Skills (specially MS Office (Excel, Power point,
- Word), ERP, Adobe Illustrator, Paint, Packaging Knowledge.
